(Bottled 2024, 68 g/l sugar, 8.14 g/l TA.) Great clarity, 17 SRM. This smells of buttery caramel, honey, nougat, vanilla, and almond. Later there was a hint of pleasant wood cellar. Nice acidity in a bigger bodied wine, that tastes of tangy tangerine. There is great balance of this acidity against some sugar complexity. This has a really nice combination of body, acidity, and sweetness, and was my favorite wine tasted up to this point (after a 2004 Tinta Negra and multiple Sercials). 93-94 points.
