(Bottled 2023, 75 g/l RS, 9.33 g/l TA.) Good, but unlike most of the other wines tasted, not great clarity; ~25 SRM. Smells of dried leaf and brown sugar, with wood varnish, caramel, and maple syrup. Extensive swirling makes it a bit too musty. This is a thicker bodied wine, with tangy citrus flavors and acidity, and nice sugars. It has a really nice long finish that includes the sugars. This is a powerful wine with great acidity balanced by sugars. 95 points.
