(Bottled 2022. 58 g/l RS, 9.52 g/l TA, pH: 3.06) The aroma suggests this is going to be a thicker bodied wine than the previous two tasted (15 Year Old Verdelho and 1998 Tinta Negra). I note honey, honeycomb, and a slight grain or bread character. But it seems that thick honey aroma mislead me, and the body is in fact thinner, quite thin. There is plenty of acidity, but not much else at first. It finishes a little better with some smokiness. 91 points.
