(Bottled April 2024. 78 g/l RS, 8.11 g/l TA. Made with Barbeito wines + 3% concentrated 1950s Tinta Negra from the Ribeiro family stash.) This has crazy herbal aromas, like mint and esteva, and maybe even verbena? Surprisingly sweet, the flavor combines with the aromas to make something like a sour acid wine lime cocktail like a mojito. There are other citrus flavors of orange and lemon as well to go with the lime. A fun drink. 93 points.
