1997 Fonseca VP

My first whiff catches alcohol spirit, and aroma of dried fruit roll-up, followed by aromas of tar, peach, raspberry, and a little bit of cured meat. After that I noted leather. In the mouth, this is tangy and figgy, thick with flavor including raisin. Lots of tannins too. 93-94 points.
