TN: 1986 H.M. Borges Boal

(Bottled 2021. 69.0 g/l RS, 7.8 g/l TA, pH: 3.25) This has a more subtle aroma than the previously tasted wines, presenting dark caramel, invert sugars, and a little mustiness. The flavor is very nice, with some sugar to balance out the acidity. It is wonderfully tangy sweet, with a grapefruit and a little syrupy marmalade flavor. 94+ points.

If with Luis, it was certainly D'Oliveiras. Not meaning to correct you. But for the sake of accuracy of your own TN in the database ... only. [notworthy.gif]

You are correct Roy. I went back and looked at my notes. The original TN is for the wine listed, but the follow-up comment was meant for another wine.
