I had my annual physical today and had the usual stuff tested as one approaches the big 5-0. I had to fast since last night and my appointment wasn't until 4 p.m. today. Ouch!
I made sure last night that I'd have something to drink tonight to enjoy after the ordeal. The good news was that I lost 26 pounds since last year. I don't know how ... but I realize I must have been REALLY fat then, 'cause it does not feel like I lost that much.
Anyway, I popped open a 2001 Niepoort LBV tonight, my first Port since a few dozen last weekend. This is really stellar juice. More in the April FTLOP#24 issue.

I remember you dropped £26 out of your wallet at Pinhao station in October

Way to go Roy
But did the doc tell you to lose more? and not the kind Derek picked up from the floor of the train station
Damn doctors :) I had a doctor a few years ago tell me I needed to lose a few pounds...Now a few of you have met me...So, I was like, "What the F*** are you talking about, you want me to cut off a leg or what?" Moral of this story...DON'T LISTEN TO THEM...eat and drink what you want and be happy

Congrats Roy,
Although I seem to have found at least 15 of those 26 that you lost :wall:
I blame it on all this yummy port that I have been sampling
hanging out on FTLOP :type: and a foot injury which has kept me away from my other vice: training for Ironman Triathlons and Ultra Endurance running.
