Barbeito 1950 Terrantez

Post by Reidar Andersen »

Hi guys,

Norway is wonderful to have a vacation in summertime, så if you pass by the Vinmonopol has still 33 bottles left. Price NOK 2.003, about USD 325 including 25 % Norwegian VAT and alcoholic taxes.

Great bottle, although that price does sound a bit high. Either way, it would sure be nice to own a few more of these!

Thanks Reidar

I am really excited to see the Faja dos Padres vineyard for the first time, during the next couple of days. Should be great!

Andy,

If you had tasted the wines we got to try from cask and bottle, you'd know why I was going crazy. Upon my return I will share a bottle of my 1950 with the owner and his wonderful family who were most generous with their time, wine and warm welcome.
