Information about this Madeira Wine

Hi all,

Today i just drank one outstanding Madeira.
The thing is i don't know the winery that produced this spectacular wine.

It's a 1910 Malmsey
In the bottle is writen Faja (Fajã?)
The foil was red and with some design on it. (i think it was a H writen in ancient calligraphy.

Any clue?

PS - Saw in the Restaurant, a Terrantez (will be mine) from the same producer and with the same wording.

The wine is :

Madeira Fajã do padres Malvasia 1910

and probably the best Madeira i've ever drunk until today.
