Every time a pipe of Port (550 liters) is moved from the Douro, taxes must be paid for that pipe. How much is the tax/pipe in Euros?

If I am not wrong the taxes for a bottle of 75cl is 0,42€, that means that the taxes/pipe is 308€.
The 1st duty of a wine is to be red... the 2nd is to be PORT
