1970 Sandeman Vintage Port

The 1970 Sandeman had strong fruit scents and almost no alcohol on the nose. It had a fairly thin consistency and was a light pink and red ruby color in the glass. It was very sweet and refreshing with tons of strawberry, raspberry, prune, and fig in the mouth. It is drinking at it's zenith now and is a great summer Port because of it's lighter style.
