I picked up a bottle of this in Denmark on Monday (as well as a Niepoort 1994 VP!), but I've never had it before. What can I expect in terms of style compared to more well-known producers like Niepoort et al?
In that same shop, they had a few Colheitas from Hutcheson, including 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1988 and some more recent ones -- as well as the 1957. The only one of these I've tasted, is the 1957. Any opinions regarding the relative merits of those "vintages"? Do they differ a lot stylistically?

No, Aalborg. It's the tawny I bought, by the way, but I'm curious about the colheitas, too.

Don't think I've had any Hutcheson's before, so can't help you. Hopefully someone here can.
