2000 Fonseca VP $49.99

Post by Andy Velebil »

Found this at http://www.klwines.com

It was original price $75.00 (US) and is now $49.99

I just ordered a couple myself and wanted to pass on the good price to all of you.

If that price includes tax and delivery, its around $15 less than Derek, Nick and I have just agreed to pay for the same wine in the UK!

If you live in the San Francisco area you can pick it up and avoid shipping. Tax is pretty cheap, around 8 1/2 %. I had to ship and it only added about $5.00 per bottle. which is still a great deal considering the first batch I bought was at $75.00 1 1/2 years ago.

I also got the last 1995 Quinta do Noval VP for $32.98.

The wine is also available at NapaCabs (http://www.wine-club-central.com) for $49.95. I ordered 9 from them along with 3 2003 for $74.95.

Prices seem great to me.

Thanks for posting that! I went to the other place and it was sold out. Unfortunately now NapaCabs doesn't ship to VA. Thankfully I have relatives in NC where they do ship.

Just received my shipment from NapaCabs. Everything unfolded as they said down to the date of delivery. Great service and price. I would use this shop again.
