Has everyone who placed an order received a phone confirmation at this point. You need not reply if the answer is "affirmative" only if you have NOT heard back as of yet.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. I put a bug in their ear tonight that they will see in the a.m. I hope that this spurs some immediacy on their part.

Here is the feedback:

I have personally emailed all of the customers, some several emails to answer questions and confirm. Meanwhile Harvey is getting the wine/ports and packaging them so that we can call them later this week with exact shipping charges and total due, plus their credit card info. Then we would ship all current orders next Monday.

Even better, I got two phone calls. Well, they decided they didn't want to deal with AmEx, so I'll be getting cash back instead of miles.

Did that prevent you from placing your order altogether Eric?

Just got my wine. Was able to arrange a physical transfer in a deserted parking lot ;)

Very happy to stock up on some LBVs!

No. When I said "cash back" I was referring to the credit card reward on one credit card vs. the other.

They should be shipping me a mixed case next week, some LBV, some vintage, and a variety of colheitas :-) Oh, and a bottle of white to try.

Sounds like the kind of transaction that Andy would love to confiscate!
