[Madeira @ Plumpjack's (San Francisco)]: Medium caramel in color. Sweet and cedary, with interesting spicy notes. The rich sweetness is in perfect balance with the nervous acids here. I really like the energy and savory edge this wine posseses. Killer. A great way to end the night. 96
