[Madeira @ The Caucus Room (Washington DC)]: One of the best Sercials I've had the pleasure to taste. Light tan with a hint of green on the rim. A wonderful piercing nose that sears the hairs in your nose (in a good way). Multi-dimensional mouth, with burnt sugar, tea and assorted dried fruits. Ridiculously long finsh that gripped like a pit bull. OUTSTANDING! (95)
