No, I haven't found Serra da Estrela locally, but I did find a washed rind, extremely soft, stinky cheese that went well with a glass of Tuke Holdsworth Personal Reserve, at my local big grocery store no less. I considered taking a photo, but this page seems to have it covered:

Not sheep's milk, but cow. But hey, it's washed with a lambic style beer and wrapped with a strip of birch. I'll have to try it with some special beer as well.

Hello Eric,

in my opinion you MUST :wink: try a VP from 2000 or 03 with a wonderfull "Serra da Estrela" cheese it´s a amazing :shock: combination.
