What is the best wine related gift you have ever received or given?
Hint: it doesn't have to be a bottle of wine/Port.

So far I'd have to say
Port and the Douro. My wife bought it for me for Christmas the year that I was given my first bottle of Port, and it just stoked the fire.
She followed that up a couple of years later with
an 8-bottle Wine Cruzer suitcase. Fully loaded it comes in right about 45 lbs, so I don't even get charged for a heavy bag. (Which is the reason we chose the 8-bottle version instead of the 12-bottle version.)

wine bottle ice pack. It goes around the bottle tight and works fast, great to chill your whites or keep your red fresh in the summer.
