In the Weise and Krone cellar with those fabulous Colheitas still in cask; the absolutely mind boggling heights that Colheitas can reach.

This is one question that I'm going to have to think about for a bit and come back to. It seems like almost everyday I'm learning something new about Port, which I love. The constant learning, weather it be about the viticulture, production, sales, marketing, or consuming is for me the best thing about this hobby. So let me think more about this and get back to you.

In the mean time, I hope others chime in. As there is no wrong answers here since no two people are at exactly the same level of knowledge. :scholar:

I'm a newcomer, so my list is extremely long. But maybe the COOLEST thing I've learned about is the Late Bottled Vintage ports. I was familiar with reserve ruby ports and knew about the excellence of vintage ports -- largely from reading about them -- but finding out that LBVs can be substantially better than reserve rubies, can be drunk immediately with pleasure (notwithstanding that unfiltered LBVs may benefit from further aging), and are pretty darn affordable, that has been COOl for me. And happily I'm still learning further in this area.
