Interesting. They claim they will stand behind all wines, forever. Even if you discover a corked bottle much later. (Assuming they are still in business 30 years down the road, and you still have your receipt.)
They are also a company which asserts that transfer of title to the wine occurs in their home state and they merely act as your agent to ship YOUR wine to you. You assume all responsibility for that being a legal action.

This is my first order from them. Glenn has ordered from them before and I think has been happy.

Yes, I order from them regularly (gotta keep my wife supplied with red wine!) and they've always been good. I had one problem with a very delayed order last fall, but it was related to their web site upgrade and so I don't hold it against them. Eventually they shipped me the order twice, and when I offered to return one of the shipments they said to keep it because it was their mistake.
I've never tested their satisfaction guarantee, mostly because I have always been satisfied.
Sometimes their price doesn't look all that great (always good, but sometimes not great), but you have to remember that shipping is free (provided you buy the minimum purchase). That can be a significant advantage, and when factoring that in I have never found a cheaper price for the same wine.

Just ordered two also. I've watched for a long time, but this was my first purchase with them.

Michael,
For the sake of others who have spent good money on this wine, can you please relate why the 2004 is a waste of money?

Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com
