I'm sure people will try blending with the Quevedo single varietal packs... maybe people can post their "recipes"...

Right Marco! I was thinking in a kind of contest. Based on the proposed blends we receive, we would select one to age for some years. The winner blend would have the name of its creator in the label of the bottles.
