Decant: 0 hours - From DRT. A clear, lovely amber colour with a good orange centre. Slightly tired on the nose but still very lovely; delicate and flowery. Surprisingly sweet, very smooth but lively acidity and a touch of rosemary. The aftertaste is a reasonable length, dominated by the rosemary. Lots of quince and brown sugar in the taste, sublime elegance. Initially 90/100, but this improved in the glass over the course of the two hours it was given, with the nose opening and becoming quite exquisite. 91 points
