2003 DOW LBV Port

Picked up my first port in years. For the background in my choices; http://fortheloveofport.com/ftlopforum/ ... =1&t=11742

Popped and poured and it enjoyable. Grapey and a bit sweet, although seemed pretty balance on the palate. Long lingering finish that seemed slightly acidic and hot. I've corked it and put back in the cellar. So do I expect from this going forward? Should we drink it in the next few days, or can it store for longer than that? How long will it last/improve? Is it ok to have it sitting upright during this time in the cellar?
