Offsite Managed cellar for me. There are a number of benifits - it's insured, stored corrrectly and I'm not tempted to drink it on a whim.

NICE!! But a serious question indeed as we all have a finite space to store in. I'm at the point where I am now starting to drink down the mid-term aging stuff I've bought over the years to use as cellar defenders or "House Ports". It couldn't have come at a better time since my storage is getting quite full, so if things work out the way I intend, all will be well. Of course we all know that won't happen and I'll end up with more than I bargained for, so another storage unit will probably be in my future [help.gif]

Wine shipping boxes on the basement floor. Luckily I have some that hold the bottles horizontally.
