500 ml bottle. Waxed capsule, driven cork.
Pale copper. Sort of like apple juice with green highlights. Reticient nose. Spicy, fruit compote, lime juice. Full and rich on the palate. Sweet. A proper Malvasia. Long citrusy finish. Almost painfully young. Still very fruit driven, more than the toffee, buttery, nutty oxidative character of long cask age.
