A very worthy charity and the event itself should be pretty great. Are you going David?

I'll be missing this great event due to other travel plans but is anyone else planning on going? It's a great event and worth the day off work to attend. I do hope some of you can make it.

I went to this one and had a great time. Was sad to miss the talk that accompanied it but couldnt help tasting all the wines and having some delicious Queijo Serra da Estrela.

It was mostly a table wine event. The only Port house I remember was Burmester (it was offering a relatively recent vintage for tasting). There was no Madeira.

It was v well represented on the table wine front though. All the well known names were there.
