I was going to disagree with the article on the brie and camembert part, then the article disagreed with itself on camembert. I think brie can work too, and note that not all brie is created equal.Brie or Camembert with their soft, creamy texture, are not ideal cheeses for ports - they are too mild and sweet. ... I personally don't go with blue cheeses with Port. I like them better with botytized wines. I like hard cheeses with table wines. With Port, I like washed rind cheeses. Love Camembert; Brie with some age and funkiness is good also. Munster is great.
