    Given the low ($18) price, my expectations were low... and my expectations were amply met. This was on the thin side and had a "caramel added" artificial quality about it. Having said that, this did have good acidity and decent length. Off dry with a nutty tang about it. Nothing that stands out here, but it did deliver a psuedo-Madeira experience for $18. Surprisingly, I would probably buy again. I'm a lot more forgiving when the price is this low... you can't drink the expensive stuff every day. (83 pts.)

Although this is not something that is readily mentioned, the Sandeman Madeiras are the produce of H&H. Did you know that?
