How to plan a wine event ... a good read.

I know David and Jamie and found this to be a good read for those that like to plan wine events. Some of it may be a drop over the top, but you decide.

Do you like the advice in this article?

And always brush your teeth at the end.

“Let’s say you’ve been spitting wine all day; it’s tough explaining to a cop that you are not drunk when your teeth are purple,” he said.
Good advice

LeClaire ... suggests brushing your teeth in the middle of wine parties to keep your palate as clean as possible.
I thought that was bad for your teeth as it exposes the enamel more to the acid in the wine.

And agreeing with Moses, this article is more about attending and less about planning.

Yes, I recall that also. Where I read that though I can't recall, other than on one of the wine forums I've belonged to over the years.

A baking soda rinse would do better at neutralizing acids without wearing down the enamel IMO. I am not a dentist for what it's worth, but have health teeth. :D
