Last Thursday, I was at the Madeira oasis that is Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa.
I finished my meal with a tasting of 1875 Camara de Lobos and was not disappointed...my oldest Madeira yet...very smooth...much less acidity than expected...less sweet than malmsey/less acidic than bual...
Teriffic second dessert (after the baked alaska).
NOTE: I was told they are reprinting their dessert wine menu...I hope they will put it on their website soon.
