Some fine meals on that list - no doubt! We haven't eaten at any of them, although we almost got into #7 Joël Robuchon, Las Vegas last year, and we're going to make it our mission to try to get into #4 French Laundry, Yountville, CA later this year.

I've only been to the one at the bottom of the list, Tru here in Chicago. If there's a better dessert experience than that, I'd sure love to hear it.
