Fonseca Guimaraens 1995 VP and 2001 VP- TN requested

Post by Michael M. »

There is an offer for for 30 EUR the 1995 and 40 EUR the 2001.

Steven was already so amicable to give me a hint for the 2001. (Steven, next
Saturday I will most likely go to the shop in Venlo.)

I only tasted the 1987 VP a few month ago at Prowein, a huge trade show in Germany, finding it fairly disappointing.

Thank you
Michael

Both are very enjoyable Ports. Stewart is very close to providing the new and updated tasting note data base which has my specific TNs on both of these. There are MANY new TNs in the new section that were previously (and currently) not in the listing. All told, at least 200 more TNs. I am still going to tranfer my many pages of TNs from 1994-2001 that has about 90% of the VPs I tasted in those years. That might have to wait for my 2007 New Years Resolution.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com
