So much for a "skilled manual process"! That video looked like a heavily automated process to me.

As for information, it wouldn't hurt my feelings if there was a label with everything known about the wine affixed to every bottle of every kind of wine.

I'd love it! I've never seen (much less opened) a bottle that had more information on it than I wanted!

Not interested = dull, pedestrian clods
