One person's opinion. In mine, they missed Logrono in Spain where blocks and blocks of contiguous tapas restaurants create a wild late night scene almost every night of the year.

I was a bit suprised that they couldn't find room for somewhere in either mainland China or Hong Kong. Some of the Spanish stuff is great - I've never been to Logrono but had similar experiences in San Sebastian. I also had the best churros ever from a little caravan in Ronda, strangely enough made by a French guy.
