Cheese & Port anyone ... a great company!

I tasted through a large sampling of the cheeses offered by this company. Not only is the quality fabulous ... it wowed a group of serious food lovers who just happen to be Port fans too, as we tried pairings with Tawny, LBV and a Vintage Port.

I highly recommend them; have zero vested interest in this company financially or otherwise and have never met the owners or employees.

Regardless, this was some of the best cheese (not at all like a triple cream, the consistency of cheddar, but much better, imo!).

Cool! Being a huge fan of fromage I'm definitely interested in checking it out. I like to say that I've never met a cheese I didn't like - and I've met some that I thought were absolutely fabulous. We've gotten some great hand-crafted cheeses from our local farmers' market lately.

I am surprised nobody else has commented. This is really fine and unique quality cheese that is now making a big splash. I was surprised to learn how many places in WA state were already carrying these!
