Ramos Pinto tasting at K&L in Redwood City this thursday

Post by Andy Velebil »

Just saw this right now, sorry for the last minute notice.

Oh, I'm not sure what they meant by the
1995 Ramos Pinto Quinta Ervamoira 10-year-old Tawny Port $69.99
I assume it's for the 20 year tawny since the 10 is before and the 30 after.

We will be tasting our current offering of white, red, vintage, and tawny Ports from this well-known Portuguese producer. Thursday, October 4, 5pm-6:30pm. This is a rare opportunity to taste such a variety of Port styles from one house for only $10 - not to be missed! Here is a sneak peek of what to expect:

Ramos Pinto White Port $13.99
Ramos Pinto Quinta Ervamoira 10-year-old Tawny Port $34.99
1995 Ramos Pinto Quinta Ervamoira 10-year-old Tawny Port $69.99
Ramos Pinto Quinta 30-year-old Tawny Port $89.99
Ramos Pinto Collector Port $17.99
2002 Ramos Pinto Port Quinta Ervamoira $48.99

Cost to taste: $10. Walk in only. Final lineup and pricing subject to change.

Maybe it's a 10-yr old that was bottled in 1995!

(It'd have to be in order to be worth $70 for a 10-yr old!)
