Bottled 10/2000.
Dark, molasses colored shot through with green gold.
Smoky, rich, meaty aromas. Toffee and caramel.
Medium full weight. Very, very rich. Decent balance and concentration. Good length.
With another day of air, a citrus component came out in both the aroma and palate. Improved balance.
Quite good. I'd give it a 92.
