I'd actually think Madeira would work better, with some sharp acidity to cut the cloying sweetness and chemical preservers, and oxidized notes to match the "cream" and yellow cake.

Not as tuned into Madeira, I was going to suggest a tawny or colheita would be a better pairing than a ruby.

Not Port or Madeira, but a Pedro Ximeniz from Spain. So sweet it would overwhelm whatever flavor the twinkie has!
