TN: 1835 Quinta do Serrado Boal Vintage Madeira
Old bottle, hand painted date. Nose of walnuts, hazelnuts, Xmas spices and distinct smell of lilacs. Not very sweet, but excellent depth, balance and complexity. Nuts, cloves, some ginger flavors. Moderately long, clean finish. 18.5/20. (1/09)
