TN: 1912 Barbeito Quinta de Sao Joao Boal Vintage Madeira
Medium brown, light green edge. Nose with herbs, nuts, some orange marmalade. Palate all about subtlety and length, not size. Nuts, orange, a little cognac, herbs. Fine acidity. Slightly short finish. 16.5+/20. (1/08). A favorite of Mario Barbeito.
