TN: 1954 Barbeito Malvasia Vintage Madeira

Medium brown with slightly green edge. Orange peel and baking spices on nose, not entirely covering the alcohol. Orange marmalade as dominant flavor, with some molasses, a touch of spearmint and moderate depth. Excellent acidity. Moderate length. 16.5/20. My number 9 of 9 malvasias with dinner. Well-matched with pistachio crusted sea bass with mango champagne sauce. (1/13).
