In the best of my knowledge, somehow here in Portugal it's only possible to buy individual styrofoam boxes for packaging each individual bottle !!! - Those individual boxes can be bought at the local Portuguese Post offices, which should Not be difficult to find in any given Portuguese town or village.
The package I'm referring to is pictured here on the left of this photo:

I've noticed that here in Portugal people do normally buy 10 or 12 of those packages and then use strong tape to make it an only ONE Package to be shipped on the plain.
Today I've checked the Price in Portugal for each individual styrofoam box (being sold at the local Post Offices) which is € 1.63 + 21 % tax =
= € 1.97 euros = about $2.5 USD each.
