It's on the short list for up coming bottles to drink. Maybe this weekend? Have a 78 Taylor Crusted that is leaking I want to drink first.

Was at a local wine store checking out the Portuguese section and what do I find. One bottle of 2000 Quinta do Vallado Douro Reserva  Can't say I've ever seen that for sale here in the States. As they only had one, I grabbed it and will give it a go soon.

Great deals on Poeira local to me. Haven't gone for any just yet. I should ask if they can lower it even more since it's been sitting for a while. Not exactly a cheap wine and probably hard sell despite its rave reviews.

Bought some Douro white:

6 x 2011 Wine & Soul (Pintas) Guru

I liked the 2010 and I had heard that the 2011 is better.

I couldn't resist this sale. It's one of my favorite Portuguese white wines!
