Not many Jews in Portugal these days... the first I met was at 23 years of age!
We'd have much to learn from their typical work ethic and frugality.

Yes, it is quite sad what happened to the jewish community in Portugal over the centuries. Just google "Portugal jewish children sao tome" and you will know what I mean.
All my adult life I was absolutely in love with Jennifer Lopez, however, since I say Daniela Ruah in NCIS Los Angeles, I have a new benchmark for my next girl-friend. She is from a Portuguese Sephardic family. Very intelligent, very beautiful, well educated.
She was born in 1983. Later this year I plan to attend a tasting of several Ports from 1983 - but I'm afraid she will not be part of the line-up...
