DR: 1970 Grahams

Post by Marco D. »

I need a decanting recommendation (I put a "DR:" in the topic title... is this something that we should standardize? It seems like requests for decanting come up often, but are hard to search for).

I'm thinking 6 hours for the 1970 Grahams... does this sound about right?

I have typically gone further with 8 hours and even up to 10 working just fine. It depends on how much a little alcohol on the nose and finish bothers you. Go the full 10 hours if it does.

I like your idea of "DR" I will start to use it when I have a "DR" request.
