I would have thought that if there was really a problem with this, the French, Italians, Swiss and other European nations would have worked it out centuries ago.
I believe this has now been rescinded which is a sensible outcome

If wooden boards aren't safe for cheese, it would seem cutting boards would be next, no? Silly.

Our Govt should make getting an FDA exemption easy. This is too much Govt regulation over nothing...
