Which would you choose?
The D'Olly goes for about $90/bottle, the Barbeito for $75...
I tried the 89 M and really enjoyed what i found to be its primary, over the top nature. Wondering if worth trying the Barbeito.
D'Olly 89 M or Barbeito 20 Yr M?

Hi Miguel, I've had both in the last year and actually preferred the 20 yr Barbeito. The 20yr has much better balance, nice acid for a malvasia. The 89 D'O was on the sweeter side, so I guess it depends on your taste preferences.

I love them both. I would do the D'olly with dessert and the Barbieto by itself. As Daniel said, the D'olly is a bit sweeter. Both, however, are quality wines and worthy of purchase.
