For the trip participants in the US - I am going to burn all of my photos from the trip to CD and would be happy to send you a copy of them. PM me your mailing address and I'll drop them in the mail in the next few days.
If anyone has pics of us in the lagares, please email me one! Those were the only ones I missed with my own camera...funny how when you take hundreds of pictures of unforgettable things, the memory card fills up and you miss perhaps the single most memorable experience of the whole trip...
For our UK contingent, I'm working on an FTP address where you can up/download photos. Will send you details via PM soon.

Like Stewart, I did not have my camera available for the Vesuvio lagare action, so please also include me in the email when forwarding pics of us in the lagar. I know that Mario probably took a dozen photos and then a few folks had taken video too, which should be great.
If you have any great photos that you upload, I may ask for permission to use one or more from folks on the trip, to include in the FTLOP newsletter and of course give credit where it is due.

Who ever has the videos of our action in lagar, needs to get it to Stewart so he can add that to the new site. Thanks!

This is just a test to see if it works. If it does, my photo's of the harvest trip will follow shortly.

The photos that you are uploading are quite large and not resized. The easiest way to do it is to install the "Flickr Uploader" on your machine (assuming youhave windows). Then configure it to upload 2048x1536 - which should be sufficient for almost all purposes. Then just drag and drop your photos into the uploader and click upload and walk away. The uploader will resize them and the photos and they should be uploaded at least 4 times faster.Derek Turnbull wrote:a very slow process

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all who posted pictures on the website, my disposable camera produced quite frankly disposable pictures - that is the one's that came out!!
Having forgotten my old fashioned Olympus with manual focus and zoom it was rather depressing to see the effect of no zoom on a disposable camera!
So seeing all your pictures has been great.

If any of you wants to get pictures processed trough the internet, I suggest this great website : http://www.foto.com Even though it is in Belgium, I've never seen better price! So cheap I do them all in 8 X 12 (20 cm X 30 cm)
