If only we had the power! And my only allergy is to Sumac, but considering I've only seen the stuff in American made food once, I'm sure it won't be an issue.

I admit I had to look up what Sumac was. So safe to say there won't be any at my house.

Andy, my 45, 48, 55, and 66 (plus backups for the 45 and 48) are now in the hands of TCWC. As soon as we get a little warmer day here, they will ship these to your offsite along with the 6-bottle auction lot. I'll let you know when they ship.

BTW Andy, is your +1 still in? Has he decided what Taylor/s he's bringing?

Mine are correctly noted and will be shipped after I return to the West Coast in a week. I can't wait to be out of the middle of this Great Lakes centric icebox I used to call home! Haha.

I've located and ordered 2 dozen more Port glasses (all they had). Hopefully Amazon packs them well so they don't break. I will apologize they are not ultra expensive Riedel's. The dimensions, minus the squared off stem, are very close to the IVDP ones and appear to be suitable for buying in mass for large tastings. Once they arrive I'll make sure they are suitable and if so, and if Amazon gets more in time, I'll try and reorder more so locals won't have to bring any glasses.

Those look pretty close to the Marjorie Lumm glasses that we've been using, so I'm sure they'll be fine. They're about the same price, too, so it will be interesting to see how they compare!

Just ordered 8 boxes of tasting glasses. Bowl is almost identical in size and shape to the IVDP one, just a little shorter stem. So I should now have enough glasses for everyone to have 10 or 11 at a time on the table if I did the math right (did I mention I suck at math, so keeping fingers crossed). So that should do us perfectly for the two flights (reusing the glasses for the second flight).

Also ordered 3 decanters so I will have 10 decanters here at the house.

Those look pretty similar if not identical to the ones we've gotten from Marjorie Lumm in the past. I can't compare them at the moment, though, because it appears that Marjorie Lumm's website has been hacked to host malware so Google is blocking it for me.

INAO tasting glass sounds like the one we've ordered from there before, though. Your price is a little better at 6 for $20 vs $3.75/stem that I've paid.

Thanks for posting the URL. Got myself a few boxes too, that was a great price and shipping on the cheaper side too.

What decanters did you get? Wonder if there is a deal out there to be had!
