White Port Recommendations

Gustavo,

How have you been? I sent you an email a bit ago, did you get it?

I agree the Quinta de Baldias white Port is a good sweet white. IIRC, it is about 10 years old, on average.

I also liked, just a little more, the Casal dos Jordoes which is a 1/2 dry white Port. However, Gustavo buys all 1,000+ bottles for his bar. Then again a nice trip to Portugal to pick some up is always fun :drunk:

Since this thread appeared, there has been a slew of new White Ports released. There are plenty of new White Colheitas too, but I am talking about 10-20-30-40 year old versions of White Port as well. What have you enjoyed tasting in the past eight years, since Andy's last post in this thread?

recently I really enjoyed the 40 Yo from Vieira de Sousa, 10 yo from Niepoort and 10 yo from Andresen.
